If this home were fixed up, it could sell for $550,000. It needs a few things like paint, new flooring, new kitchen, new roof and the basement needs a face lift. But, it is a very cool layout with an owner's suite upstairs with it's own family room and bath. There is also an owner's suite on the main level with two more bedrooms. The baths need redoing as well. The outdoor space is really nice as well. It's a short sale so it will be a long sale. The owner does not want any visitors, but you may walk around the home and see if you like it. Once an offer is accepted, we can schedule an inspection and then you can see the inside.
